The fencing teams took on Pingry yesterday and the girls team pulled out a win. The team had key wins by the following people:
Sophomore Claire Rozpedowski (ROZ-PEH-DOW-SKI) led the team with a perfect 3-0 record.
Seniors Ann Kallacheril and Toby Proulx (Proo), Juniors Saanvi Sachin and Maya Wilson, and Freshmen Raquel Koscuik (Cass-uk) all had 2-1 records.
The girls fencing team has now improved to 5-1 on the season.


Chess club meets on Thursdays after school in room 151. All levels, beginners to advanced, are welcome.
Reminder to all Ski & Snowboard Club members: Our 2nd trip of the season is tomorrow!
The Student Council will meet this Thursday in room 156 at 2:30. New members welcome.
Math SAT review classes begin this Thursday after school in room 207. Make sure you are signed up in Aspen and bring a fully charged Chromebook. This will be offered again in the spring.
Cathy Bielat, the Enrollment Coach from RVCC, will be here this Tuesday, for an Information Session which is for Juniors and Seniors. The meetings will be in the Media Center from 9:43-10:39. Please sign up with Ms. Fisher.
SENIORS, there will be an application session on February 20. If you are interested, please bring a transcript release form to Ms. Fisher BEFORE then, and sign up with her. Please bring your Chromebooks to both sessions. Any questions please see Ms. Fisher.
Come support the class of 2026! Dine and Donate at Harper’s Table next Wednesday, January 22nd before or after the Hunterdon Central wrestling match! Come anytime between 4 and 9 and a percentage of the proceeds will go to the class of 2026.
Please support the North Hunterdon Educational Foundation by eating at Jersey Mike’s in the Walmart shopping center this Friday, January 17th. Pick up a donation card from the attendance office, athletics, security, guidance office, or student activities to be able to get a sub, bowl or wrap for only $3. You must have a card, and it is only good this Friday!
You’ll need to hand in the donation card to get this deal. Each person can only use one donation card but feel free to take some extra cards for friends or family. And remember, this great deal is only valid on Friday, January 17, an early dismissal day, and at the store in Clinton!


Once or twice a week:
Students – Please check your email for information regarding the Pomptonian Healthy School Lunch Challenge. The top 3 contestants get a chance to compete in a cook off on March 7th in a professional kitchen.
