Students interested in attending the Lion P.R.I.D.E. Academy will be considered on a rolling basis throughout the calendar year. Students would need to be referred by their home district’s board of education. Tor register, please complete the following registration form and return form along with copy of any accommodation plans (such as Individual Education Plan (IEP), 504 plan, ESL and/or I&RS) to Lion P.R.I.D.E. Academy, 1445 State Route 31, Annandale, NJ 08801, Attn: Robert Pellechio, Assistant Principal/Academy Director.

If student is accepted into the Lion P.R.I.D.E. Academy, the district will also need the following records:
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Academic Records – Transcript
- Medical Records – Immunization records, a medical physical within 365 days of starting at academy (click here for physical form)
