Students interested in attending the Lion P.R.I.D.E. Academy will be considered on a rolling basis throughout the calendar year. Students would need to be referred by their home district’s board of education. Tor register, please complete the following registration form along with a copy of the student’s Individual Education Plan (IEP) to Lion P.R.I.D.E. Academy, 1445 State Route 31, Annandale, NJ 08801, Attn: Robert Pellechio, Director of Special Education.

If a student is accepted into the Lion P.R.I.D.E. Academy, the district will also need the following records:
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Academic Records – Transcript
- Medical Records – Immunization records, a medical physical within 365 days of starting at academy (click here for physical form)
