Ten NHHS students competed in the 2023-24 NJ State Bar Foundation’s Courtroom Artist Contest, and we are excited to announce that three of our art students have placed in the contest!
Congratulations to:
1. Senior Yunfan Tian whose sketch has been awarded 1st PLACE. As the 1st place winner in all of New Jersey, Yunfan is eligible to represent New Jersey in the National Courtroom Artist Competition held in conjunction with the National High School Mock Trial Championship in Wilmington, Delaware May 2-4!
2. Freshman Aarthi Kondra’s sketches have been awarded 2nd PLACE as well as another sketch receiving an HONORABLE MENTION.
3. Senior Finley Decktor’s sketch also received an HONORABLE MENTION.
