Dear Parents and Guardians:
Please accept this letter as your invitation to our annual Back to School Night. Our Back to School Night will be held on Tuesday, August 29th, for all grade 9-12 parents. There will only be one Back to School Night. We also offer a virtual option for parents who choose not to attend or cannot attend. Each teacher is recording a video message about their class. These videos will be available on 8/29/23, and a link will be sent to inform parents where to find the videos on our website.

Please print and bring a copy of your child’s schedule to Back to School Night. To print a copy of your child’s schedule from Aspen, please follow these steps: click on Family top tab, click on your student’s name, click on the Schedule side tab, then click on Reports at the top, and select Student Schedule Matrix Portal-4DayRotated; in the new window that appears, click on magnifying glass to select Semester 1, then click Run.
You will be following your student’s schedule in block order. Please click here to view the block numbers across a sample schedule to help you identify your student’s classes in block order. Lunch and directed study periods will be skipped.
The program will begin at 6:45 p.m. You will go directly to your child’s Block 1 class, and then follow the schedule below.

The doors will be open at 6:30 pm. Our various parent organizations will be set up in the Mall area outside of the cafeterias. Please arrive early to learn about the many ways that parents can become part of
our school community. The Back to School Night program will begin promptly at 6:45 p.m. with the start of Block 1.
I look forward to seeing our North Hunterdon Parents/Guardians at our Back to School Night!
Sincerely,
Greg Cottrell, Ed.D.
