Congratulations to the North Jazz Ensemble for taking 2nd place at the Neshaminy High School Jazz Festival. They won 2 out of 4 section awards, including Best Trumpets, and Best Saxophones. Additionally, the entire band took home the award for best sight reading, which is a component of the festival where our band was given a piece of music that we had never seen before, and had to play it with no rehearsal.
Kristin Field was recognized with an award for outstanding soloist, and Nate Tota received the top honor given at the entire festival, earning the award for best soloist of the entire festival.
