Join us in the Stands of our Final Home Football Game!
In the spirit of continued Music Alumni Outreach, the 2024 ‘Golden Lions’ Marching Band would love to invite Alumni and middle school students to play in the North Hunterdon stands.
Friday October 25th – Milk Can Game vs. Voorhees
Please be sure to fill out the Google Form (Alumni) or Google Form (Middle School Students) if you wish to join the Golden Lions. Feel free to reach out to Mr. Hopta or Mr. Carroll with any questions

What to bring:
- Clothing: be sure to dress for the weather; temperatures will drop between your arrival time and when the game finishes, ca. 9:30pm
- Water (provided in stands by NHMA; prior to kickoff, students can fill water bottles at filling stations around campus.)
- Your instrument and/or flip folder! If you need to borrow either item please reach out to the Directors
Schedule:
3:15 – 5pm Golden Lions Guests will arrive at NHHS. Students will be greeted by Band Council Members, Staff and/or parent volunteers. If you need to print music and/or borrow equipment, please arrive earlier so that all can be taken care of. Note: please make sure Mr. Hopta responds to your email/request for assistance!
4 – 5pm Rehearsal and featured performances by the Golden Lions. Middle School friends will practice marching technique and playing through some of our pep tunes. Alumni are welcome to join in this rehearsal!
5 – 6pm Dinner, uniform and equipment set-up. Note: there will also be concessions at the game that Alumni are welcome to enjoy.
7:45 – 8:15pm Estimated window for the ‘Golden Lions’ halftime performance.
Students and Middle Schoolers are then provided with snacks and time off during 3rd quarter. Alumni are welcome to bring some snacks and/or partake as well.
~9pm Game ends. All are dismissed after our return march away from the stadium.
Any alumni that borrowed equipment can return those items at this time.
