Dear Parents, Guardians, and Students:
As the end of the school year approaches, we would like to inform you of our plans for the close-out of this school year. According to the schedule below, each class will have a day assigned for the return of school resources such as textbooks, library books, calculators, payment of obligations, and retrieving any stored medications. Locker clean-out for underclassmen is optional as you will retain the same locker as this school year. Seniors may clean out their lockers at this time, if needed. Underclassmen will keep their Chromebook over the summer break while seniors are required to return their Chromebook. Also, caps and gowns and honor cords will be distributed to seniors.
We are following the guidelines for social distancing and will require all students to wear masks while they are on campus. You will be asked to leave if you do not have a mask. All students must come in the courtyard entrance. Please follow all signage and keep your visit as brief as possible. In addition, no more than 10 students will be allowed at a time. If you are experiencing any symptoms consistent with COVID-19 (such as a fever or cough), please do not report. We hope to run this as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Please check Aspen for your obligations and be prepared to settle these accounts. You will find this information on the “Family” top tab, then select “Transactions”. If you have any questions on obligations, please email Ms. Leah Petro at lpetro@nhvweb.net. If you have questions regarding cafeteria obligations, please email Mrs. Rachel Saxton at rsaxton@nhvweb.net.
To return textbooks, please include this book collection form.
If you need to pick up medication from the health office, please refer to their letter, click here.
