Please join us for the ESCNJ workshop “Best Practices in Transition Planning” on Friday, April 1, 2022 from 9:00am-1:00pm. Workshop will be held in person at the ESCNJ Professional Center, 1690 Stelton Road, Piscataway, NJ. During this three presentation event, attendees will have the opportunity to gather information and contacts to help navigate the transition process to adult services.
Presentations will be on the topics of:
“Preparing for A Bright Future: Firsthand Experiences of a Person with a Disability”
“Navigating the DDD Service System”
“Parent Perspectives on Navigating the Transition Process: A Panel Discussion”
