Our Back to School Night is scheduled for Thursday, September 9. Due to the cancellation of the Freshman Back to School Night, tomorrow’s program is open to parents of all grade levels.
All parents will report to their child’s Block 1 class at 6:30pm. We will begin our night promptly with some brief announcements. Following the opening remarks, the schedule will continue with your child’s first block class. Just outside of the cafeteria is the mall area where you can meet our administrators and counseling staff.
As a reminder, per the Governor’s Executive Order 251, it is mandatory that face masks be worn indoors in all district and school buildings by all students, employees, parents/visitors, no matter your vaccination status. Please do not enter the building without a mask.
Please print and bring a copy of your child’s schedule. To print a copy of your child’s schedule from Aspen, please follow these steps: click on the Family top tab, click on student’s name, click on Schedule side tab, then click on Reports at the top, and select Student Schedule Matrix Portal-4DayRotated; in the new window that appears, select Semester 1, then Run. We will be following the blocks in order and will not be following a certain day’s schedule. To identify the blocks on your child’s schedule: Blocks 1, 2, 3 are the first three classes on Day A, Block 4 is the first class on Day B, Blocks 5, 6, 7 are the three classes after lunch/directed study on Day A, and Block 8 is the first class after lunch/directed study on Day B.
