Eight students from the Voorhees chapter of FCCLA (Family, Career and Community Leaders of America) attended the State Conference on March 28 and 29, 2019. The eight students attended various leadership workshops at the conference and also competed in four different categories with all of them receiving a gold medal for scoring 90 or above. Below is a list of the students and their first or second place finish in each of the categories in which they competed. In addition, the Voorhees team finished in the top two of the state! Congratulations to these FCCLA students!

- Lilly Barozzini ’20 and Isabella Hanley ’19 – 2nd Place in Entrepreneurship category
- Grace Medea ’21 and Madison Kelly ’20 – 1st Place in Chapter Service category
- Madison Jones ’21 and Fiona Curley ’21 – 2nd Place in Focus on Children category
