Dear Parents/Guardians:
Full course schedules with teacher names and room numbers are now viewable in Aspen for the 2021-2022 school year.
To view your student’s course schedule, click on Family top tab, click on student’s name, then click on Schedule side tab (students can also log into their own Aspen account to view their schedule). To view the schedule across the rolling drop block four-day rotation, click on Matrix view (it may default to List view). Please note that schedules may potentially change due to class balancing and to check the schedule again the week of August 16th right before school opens. Students should print a copy or take a screenshot of their schedule, in Matrix view, and bring it to school on the first day, or to orientation for freshmen.
If you have any questions or concerns about your student’s schedule, please contact the guidance department directly (North Hunterdon – 908-713-4130, Voorhees – 908-638-2174). Counselors are on limited hours for the summer, but you can speak with the counselor on duty that day to assist with any issues. Please note that schedule change requests for teacher or classmate preferences will not be considered.
We will be returning to the rolling drop block schedule and full academic days for the 2021-2022 school year. Your student’s schedule includes 8 blocks of classes with only 6 meeting each day (3 before lunch/directed study hall and 3 after lunch/directed study hall) across a four-day rotation (A, B, C and D days). To understand the block numbers across the four-day rotation, please refer to the graphic below.
The monthly rotation schedule indicating which calendar days are A, B, C and D is available on our website, click here.

If you would like to learn more about the curriculum covered in a course, the curriculum maps are available in Aspen to review – click on Academics top tab, then click on Curriculum Maps side tab.
Bus routes will be posted in Aspen in early August. I will send you a notification when that information is available.
