Attention Viking Skiers and Snowboarders!
The overnight ski trip to Vermont is ready for sign-ups! We will be heading to Okemo for the weekend of March 7th to March 9th. (No school time is missed). The total cost for the trip is $330 + the cost of a two-day EPIC pass.
Students signing up for this trip need to be confident intermediate skiers/riders (blue trails). Beginner skiers/riders are welcome to join our weekly trips to Blue Mountain to learn how to ski/ride.
Paperwork must be NOTARIZED this time by both students and parents. A video explaining all of the paperwork, as well as copies of paperwork, can be found at the link below or in the ski club google classroom which is accessible by students: em3jtrd

To be considered “on the trip” students must bring completed paperwork and deposit to Mrs. Kerr in room 317 or Ms. Luckhardt in 318. Please do not hand paperwork to security, the main office, staff mailboxes or other staff members as this often causes a delay in advisors receiving it and it may be the difference in being placed on the trip.
Students are highly encouraged to check their email frequently. Students will receive a confirmation email once they have secured a spot on the trip or an email saying what items need to be corrected. Spots are not held for students with incomplete or incorrect paperwork.
We are only able to bring 1 bus of students on this trip and we expect spots to fill up very quickly on a first come/first serve basis. We are very excited to be able to offer this opportunity again to the Voorhees Ski Club students. You do not need to be attending the Blue Mountain ski trips to be able to attend Smugglers’ Notch.
