Hello Seniors (and Senior Parents/Guardians) –
It is time to plan some end-of-year events to celebrate your final time at Voorhees. Your class council and advisors have some wonderful activities planned. Please be sure to sign up by the deadline because we will be unable to purchase reduced ticket prices and accommodate late additions after the deadline. Your fundraising through events that you have hosted this year has offset a large part of the cost of these events so we are happy to offer them to you at reduced cost. We will be travelling via coach bus to all of our senior events. Seniors can participate in any or all of these events.
EVENTS:
- Senior Dinner Cruise around Manhattan– join your fellow seniors for an evening of dining, dancing, and sightseeing on the Spirit of New Jersey. Payment and permission due 4/19 to the main office
- TUESDAY, May 21st from 3pm-11pm COST $100
- Dinner Cruise Permission
- Trip to Dorney Park– join your fellow seniors for a day of amusements and rides at Dorney Park. Payment and permission due 4/19 to the main office
- TUESDAY, May 28th from 9am – 7pm COST $50
- Dorney Park Permission
- **Save the Date** Senior Sunset– Join your fellow seniors for music, lawn games, yearbook signing, a FREE barbeque prepared by your teachers and administrators, and a chance to watch the sun set on your high school time together.
- THURSDAY, June 6th ~5 pm – 8pm COST FREE and immediately following graduation practice
- RAIN DATE: FRIDAY, June 7th
Please bring permission slips (hard copies of both are also in the Senior Mall) and checks made out to Voorhees Activities Account to the main office before April 19th to be sure to be included in all the fun. There is no cost or permission needed for the senior sunset.
We recognize that there are currently many financial obligations right now.
