North Hunterdon and Voorhees High Schools are helping the United Way of Hunterdon County collect school supplies for K-12 students through their Tools 4 Schools program.
The goal of the Tools 4 Schools program is to create 1,500 basic school supply kits for 1,500 Hunterdon County students in need.
Click here for the list of supplies that the United Way would like to collect. Collection boxes are located in North Hunterdon High School by the entrance to each gymnasium, and at Voorhees High School by the main entrance, entrance to gymnasium and by the athletic entrance under the ramp.
Deadline for donations is August 13, 2012. Monetary donations will also be accepted and checks can be sent to United Way of Hunterdon County, 4 Walter Foran Blvd, Suite 401, Flemington, NJ 08822, Attn: Tools 4 Schools (checks payable to United Way).
