The Media Center will be closed during the morning periods Monday through Wednesday this week due to NJSLA makeup testing. Plan accordingly.
Juniors – be sure to check your email with regards to signing up for an appointment for your 2024 Senior Portraits. Normandy is here in room 135 through June 6 so be sure to get your portrait taken.
The 2023 yearbooks are in. Distribution will take place in the school store (in the new cafe on the elevator side) – see the window. Yearbook distribution for all students will take place during L1 & L2 periods TODAY through Wednesday, May 24. For those that ordered yearbooks, please have your ID available at the time of pickup. There are a lot of people and it is much easier than trying to hear all the names. For those that didn’t order a yearbook but would like to purchase one – they are available on a first come, first served basis for $100. Cash or check (made out to VHS Student Activities) will be accepted.
The French Club will be having its final meeting TODAY after school in room 256.
The last Spanish Club meeting of the school year will be held afterschool on Wednesday, May 24th in room 257.
VHS is hosting a blood drive TOMORROW from 7:45 – 3:15 in the back gym. 16 year olds are able to donate with a parent permission form. All 17 and 18 year olds are eligible to donate on their own. Please check your email for the link to register for an appointment.
There will be a boys’ soccer pre-season informational meeting at 2:30pm on Wednesday, May 31st in room 250 (driver’s education classroom). Details for the upcoming summer schedule as well as the fall season will be discussed. If a student cannot attend due to other commitments, they should contact Coach Barbieri as soon as possible.
