“The First Math Contest for the year will be held TODAY after school in room 334. All students are encouraged to participate. Come on out to test your mathematical aptitude on some challenging question. Ask your math teacher or Mr. Unger for details or to answer any questions you may have. Allow at least 15 minutes to complete the contest. If you cannot make it Monday, you will have Wednesday and Thursday after school as make-up times. Hope to see you then.“

Once again FBLA will placing flags outside the grassy knoll in honor of veterans day. If you would like to sponsor a flag you can contact any FBLA member,
Joe Sernas or Mrs. Hartman. It is $2 to sponsor a flag and all donations are tax deductible.

Attention all students. If you would like to apply for the Prudential Spirit of Community Award, please visit the guidance website or the Scholarship List in Naviance to find out more information about this award. Students have the potential to receive an award of $1,000 or $5,000 and an all expense paid trip to Washington D.C. All applications must be turned into Mr. Strauss in guidance by Friday October 19 to be considered.
