Feeling stressed or anxious? Looking to start your Mondays in a relaxing manner? Join the Rutgers School Based Counselors for Meditation Monday in the mindfulness room in the Counseling Office. Sessions will be from 7:25 to 7:40 every Monday morning. There’s no experience required.

The Rutgers School Based Counselors are starting a series of conflict resolution/anger management workshops. The first one will be in room 310 during lunches on Thursday, February 8. If you’d like more information, check out the tvs and flyers or stop by room 310 or 324 to see the counselors.
Attention LifeSavers!! Our next meeting will be on Thursday, February 8th after school in room 213. We will be planning for the next blood drive on February 21st. Seniors – On February 15th, RVCC will be hosting an information session from 9:30-10:45 in the Media Center for interested students to learn more about what RVCC offers to students after graduation.
