Did you know that having a dog has proved to reduce stress, anxiety and depression; ease loneliness; encourage exercise and improve your overall health? People with dogs tend to have lower blood pressure and are less likely to develop heart disease. That’s why there will be multiple Therapy Dogs roaming the halls tomorrow during our Wellness Fair! Don’t forget to be on the lookout for Ms. Lanzilotta’s sign-up for the Yoga and Meditation classes!
