April is Poetry Month and the National English Honor Society has the best way to celebrate. NEHS is holding a Poetry Gram Fundraiser. Each poem will come with chocolate-covered pretzels. They will be selling during lunch, in the mall, April 17-21. The grams will be delivered on April 29th. This is a great way of sending a special message to any person of your choice.
Juniors & Seniors – Prom tickets are on sale this week in the morning before 1st period. Make sure that you have all the documentation complete and handed in with your payment. If you still have the NON-VHS Guest form to hand into the Main Office, you better do so today. Don’t wait until the last minute to purchase your tickets.
Tomorrow’s Spring Spirit Dress Theme is VHS PRIDE . Show you Voorhees Pride, show Pride for your country, pride for any activity you might be interested in. Pride for those whose voices may have been silenced, etc.
VHS Drama Club’s 9 to 5 The Musical Opens up on Thursday, April 20 at 7pm. There will also be performances on Friday 4/21 and Saturday 4/22 at 7pm as well followed by a matinee performance on Sunday 4/23 at 2pm. Tickets are $14 for adults and $12 for students if purchased in advance. They will cost you $15 at the door. Please see or contact Mr. Reynolds for all ticket inquiries.
