Testing continues tomorrow. 9th graders (and some select 10th graders – Alg 1B students) will be taking math testing. 11th grade students will be taking science testing. You will need your charged chromebook, your charger, headphones and your student ID. All AM Polytech 12th grade students report as usual. First period starts at 10:19.

The 2023 yearbooks are in. Here are the pertinent details:
Distribution will take place in the school store (in the new cafe on the elevator side) – see the window. Seniors – you have a chance to get your yearbooks slightly earlier – tomorrow, Thursday, May 18, after school from 2:30 – 3:00. Yearbook distribution for all students will take place during L1 & L2 periods Friday, May 19 through Wednesday, May 24. For those that ordered yearbooks, please have your ID available at the time of pickup. There are a lot of people and it is much easier than trying to hear all the names. For those that didn’t order a yearbook but would like to purchase one – they are available on a first come, first served basis for $100. Cash or check (made out to VHS Student Activities) will be accepted.
There will be an information meeting about summer and fall for Girl’s Soccer on Friday
May, 19th directly after school in room 247. All returning members are required to attend,
anybody regardless of experience that is interested in coming out in the fall should

VHS is hosting a blood drive Tuesday, May 23 from 7:45 – 3:15 in the back gym. 16 year olds are able to donate with a parent permission form. All 17 and 18 year olds are eligible to donate on their own. Please check your email for the link to register for an appointment.
There will be a boys’ soccer pre-season informational meeting at 2:30pm on Wednesday, May 31st in room 250 (driver’s education classroom). Details for the upcoming summer schedule as well as the fall season will be discussed. If a student cannot attend due to other commitments, they should contact Coach Barbieri as soon as possible.
Congratulations to Kavya Ajjarapu for finishing 2nd in the State Girls Golf Championships . There were over 80 players competing. Her final score was just 1 stroke of the first place finisher, Her performance was one of the best in Voorhees Athletics!
