Juniors – a reminder that Normandy Studios is here in room 135 through June 6 for the purpose of 2024 Senior Portraits. Hopefully you made an appointment and will remember to go to room 135 at the appropriate time.
Seniors – for those of you going on the Dinner Cruise this evening or the Dorney Trip tomorrow – please check your email as Mr. Reynolds has shared some important information regarding arrival times and expectations. Be sure to check and plan accordingly.
A reminder to Juniors that parking on campus without permission or a permit (even when the Seniors aren’t here) could jeopardize your parking privilege as a Senior next year.
There will be a boys’ soccer pre-season informational meeting at 2:30pm TODAY in room 250 (driver’s education classroom). Details for the upcoming summer schedule as well as the fall season will be discussed. If a student cannot attend due to other commitments, they should contact Coach Barbieri as soon as possible.
The Latin Club is bringing back the Chariot Races. They’ll take place TODAY after school on the grassy knoll out front. They’ll also be having a lemonade stand for you to purchase some refreshment.
“The Class of 2025 is hosting a movie night in the main gym TONIGHT from 7:00-9:00 for any 9-12 grader interested. They will be showing Jumanji 2: The Next Level. There will be pizza, movie theatre popcorn, movie theatre candy, chips, and soda/water for sale at the event. There will also be yard games such as Kan Jam, Corn Hole, and Ladder Ball in the back gym. We hope to see you there!”
Auditions for next year’s Madrigal Choir, Show Choir, and Bass Choir will be taking place next Monday and Tuesday during the school day. Please see Mr. Finck in the choir room for more information or scan the QR code on the posters that are hanging up around the school.
VHS Unified Theatre is presenting Shrek Jr. The Musical this Saturday June 3 at 6pm and Sunday June 4 at 2pm. You can get tickets in advance by contacting Mrs. Emmert (aemmert@nhvweb.net) or by seeing her in room 136. Tickets are $14 for adults and $12 for students. If you buy tickets at the door, everyone will pay $15.
The girls lacrosse team beat West Morris 9-7 yesterday in the second
round of the state playoffs. Maddie Ackerman, Phoebe Spaeth, Ava
Keiser and Keira Libro all scored but special shout out to the defense
consisting of Lilli Balzer, Alexa Barkman, Bella Jones, Kaitlyn Boyle,
Kate Cookson and Claire Weiland for playing lock down defense
throughout the second half to secure the win.
