Underclass photos (taken on Sept 6) have arrived. Any student that had a photo taken should receive an ID card and a photo package or a last chance to order flier from their English teacher over the course of the next few days. Some (a lot) got sent to the wrong teachers so I am working on getting all those mistakes corrected. For those of you that didn’t have a photo taken or would like to have yours retaken, you can do so on October 18. More information will be emailed today.
Seniors – please check your email for information regarding Senior Portrait Retakes and makeups. Normandy studios will be here October 31 – November 8. You’ll need to sign up for appointments. Again, all that information has been emailed to you as well as your parents/guardians.
Hispanic Heritage month has begun. The Spanish department would like to play music on the Mondays and Fridays of each week until October 15th. Each set/day has a theme.
Students who can identify the common bond with each set of songs, should email their Spanish teacher. The first student to email their teacher (Sr. Rojas, Sra. Calvache or Sra. Liscinski) and identify the common bond, will receive a prize. Again this will be on Mondays and Fridays

The Marching Band competed in a USBANDS Competition at Hunterdon Central on Saturday. The band came in 1st place in their group beating Hopewell Valley and Warren Hills. In addition to the 1st place win, the band won awards for Best Music, Best Visual, and Best Overall Effect.
