Hailey Kirsch scored North Hunterdon’s first run on a shallow pop-up in foul ground in the third inning and junior Carly Severini scored the winning run in the seventh on a wild pitch as North Hunterdon defeated Voorhees, 4-3, in the Hunterdon/Warren/Sussex Tournament quarterfinals in Annandale.
North Hunterdon advanced to the Hunterdon-Warren-Sussex County Semifinals to face High Point next Saturday 1pm at home.
