North Hunterdon 10, Voorhees 4: The Lenape Challenge Lacrosse Cup trophy, honoring the sport’s American Indian heritage, goes to the winner of the North Hunterdon and Voorhees Boys Lacrosse game each year. The trophy is eleven years old, with North having won the first three meetings and the last two in the trophy series; Voorhees won it last in 2014 and winning it twice in a row in 2011 and 2012. The series has North Hunterdon up 7-4. Sean Wood had four goals and an assist for the Lions. Sean is 1 goal away from 100 in his career. Rob Marron added two goals and two assists, while Jake Pepe and Russel Hillman each tallied two assists. For Voorhees (1-8), Justin Carey, Jack McCabe, Logan Raposo and Patrick Evers each scored a goal.
