Dear Students,
Beginning with the 2022-2023 school year, North Hunterdon and Voorhees High Schools will be switching to the digital hall pass system called SmartPass. Click HERE for to review a simple overview of the system and how you will use it. We will begin to use this digital pass system on the first day of school. This system replaces the paper passes you would get from teachers.
SmartPass provides an accounting of students who are outside of their assigned classroom during the school day and acts just like a traditional paper pass system, but with more retrievable data and shared communication of active passes. That data will help give each school a more in-depth view of activity and movement throughout the building during the school day and, in case of emergencies, will give administrators, teachers and security personnel real-time access to logistical information and the whereabouts of unattended students.
Students can access SmartPass, which has already been pushed out, on their Chromebook or from their personal mobile device if desired at www.smartpass.app/login. If logging in on a personal device, you are required to use your school email address.
Sincerely,
Maren Smagala
