• It’s Banned Books Week, the annual celebration of your right to read. Every day this week, we’ll spotlight a book that is banned in libraries, but is available to read here because North Hunterdon supports intellectual freedom. The first featured book is “Ready Player One” by Ernest Cline, which has been targeted for removal from some libraries for being “inappropriate” and “not having educational value.” See “Ready Player One” and other frequently banned books on display in our Media Center, and be sure to enter our Banned Books Week contest.
