In sports news, Boys Soccer played in the first round of the state playoffs. North won 5-2 over Belleville. The girls’ soccer team beat Colonia, 4-0 in the first round of the NJSIAA North Jersey Section 2, Group 3 Tournament. And the field hockey team Summit, 4-0 in the NJSIAA Tournament, Quarterfinals Round, NJ Group 3.
