THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 1, 2022

• Attention Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors. Completed class officer election packets are due on September 9th. Voting will take place the week of September 19th, and winners announced September 23rd. Please contact your class advisor for more information.

• Order your Homecoming Pink Out shirts on the NHHS Cheer Instagram account, or in the Friday Fundraiser email, or place your order with any Cheerleader. The last day to place an order is Wednesday Sept 14th. Homecoming shirts will be delivered in the Mall Sept 27th through the 30th during Lunches.

• Auditions for the fall play, Twelve Huntsmen, will be held today after school. Grab an audition packet and sign up on the board outside the girl’s dressing room for an audition time. Audition packets can also be found in the Reading Writing Lab (room 106). Email Mrs. Hopta if you have any questions.

• Gaming clubs first meeting will be Monday, September 5th at 2:30 in room 125.

• Intramural basketball starts September 12 in the main gym.  It runs on Mondays and Wednesdays from 2:30-3:00  – see Mr. Soltis with any questions

• Do you play guitar, bass or drums? Are you interested in joining the North Hunterdon Jazz Ensemble? There will be a Jazz Ensemble interest meeting tomorrow, Thursday, September 1st, from 2:30-2:45 in the Band Room. Auditions will take place Wednesday, September 7th. Audition packets are available starting today during lunch outside the band room. Please see Mr. Boccuti with any questions.

• Student Council’s first meeting will take place Wed, Sept 7th, during L1 and L2 in room 153 (you only need to attend one of them) and also at 2:30 in room 151-A at 2:30 if you cannot make the lunch mods. New members welcomed!

• Key Club will be having an Interest meeting on Wednesday, September 7th at 2:30 in Cafe A.

• Key Club will be collecting items for The Ronald McDonald House throughout the month of September. Items can be dropped off in the labeled boxes inside the main entrance and outside of the nurse’s office in the theater lobby. We will also be collecting at the Go Gold Football Game on September 9. Please see the flyers located in the mall for a list of items.

• Show Choir is looking for a beat boxer! If you or someone you know is interested in sharing their love of vocal percussion, please reach out to Mrs. Cudworth in Room 131 or via email, or any Music Department teacher.

The annex is open daily during lunch for all things snacks! Churros, funnel cakes, hot pretzels, etc., as well as premade sandwiches, salads, fruit cups & parfaits.
Cafe B deli bar is officially back open! Once the weather gets cooler, we will have soup available next to the deli so you can enjoy soup and a sandwich! We can also press your sandwich and make it a panini! Cafe A salad bar is now open! Come make your own salad with all the fixings! And vegetarian options available daily!
