• Reminder- Friday, May 12th is our Relay for Life event from 6-9 PM on Singley Field. Please register online and join us in the fight against Cancer. Registration opens at 5:00 PM and opening ceremonies will begin at 6:00 PM. Hope to see you there!
• Northern Lights will be hosting an open mic night on Thursday, May 18th at 4:30pm in the Faculty Dining Room. Admission will be $3. Students are welcome to perform poetry, spoken word, musical acts, or monologues. We hope to see you there!
• Sign-ups are now open for the 2023 North Hunterdon High School ‘Golden Lions’ Marching Band! Any student that already plays an instrument or has dance experience (OR any student that has a desire to learn) is eligible to join! Please see the flyers posted around the school or learn more on the music department web page. See Mr. Hopta or Mr. Boccuti with any questions.
• It’s time to audition for North Hunterdon Choirs! Sign-ups for Chamber Choir, Madrigal Singers, and Show Choir are on the door of Room 131 (the Choir Room). See Mrs. Cudworth or Mr. Hopta if you have questions. We are looking for singers of all voice types and ranges. Don’t hesitate to come by and see us if you want more information.
• Congratulations to the cast and crew of the North Hunterdon Theatre organization Spring Cabaret this past weekend. The show was a magnificent collection of dramatic and comedic scenes and songs from various plays, musicals, movies, and other media. The Lion cast wowed everyone with monologues, small and large group scenes, and a few musical numbers. Nice job everyone!!!!
