It’s Day 3 of Freedom to Read Week. At North, we are free to read Me and Earl and the Dying Girl by Jesse Andrews. It’s the story of a 17-year-old boy who is part of every social group at his high school without having any real friends, until his mother forces him to befriend a girl with leukemia. Earlier this year, parents in Readington tried to ban this book. To learn why, stop by the Media Center to view our Freedom to Read display, and enter our contest for a chance to win a Dunkin gift card.
