The Diversity Club will provide students with an opportunity to construct knowledge about social injustice, equity, diversity and multiculturalism specific to our unique learning community and a continually changing global society.
Our first meeting will be Thursday September 19th at 2:30pm in room 220.
During this first meeting, we will see what days and meeting times work best for all.
Activities:
- Peer training through the Anti-Defamation League. Preparing students to use the positive power of peer influence to promote respect and civility in their schools and beyond. Peer training teaches Peer Trainers to take action against prejudice. Student efforts will play a key role in creating environments where differences are valued and respected.
