Math Honor Society

Membership in this organization is by invitation only, and selection criteria is based on the grades that a student has earned in their first 3 years of honors math courses.  In addition, the student must be enrolled in a full year honors or AP math class as a senior.  Qualifying students will receive an invitation in May.  Once inducted, the students will complete a wide variety of volunteer activities in order to earn service hours.  

 

This year, meetings will be held in person on a monthly basis in room 216 from 2:35-3:10.  Current inducted members will receive email updates for meetings through the Google Classroom they joined when they were inducted.

 

Members of Math Honor Society provide peer tutoring as part of their volunteer activities.  If you are in need of a peer tutor please contact Mrs. Watson at lwatson@nhvweb.net .
